FAQ’S

You can fax, email or call our office to open an investigation. We are always available to discuss your unique circumstances and tailor an investigation to your needs. Our initial consultations are always free. If you have any general investigative questions, you may contact us or call us at any time.

Once an assignment is received by our office, you will receive confirmation within a few hours of sending in your inquiry. If your case referral is being sent via email only after office hours or on the weekend, it is suggested that you follow up your email with a telephone call to one of our on call staff that are always available. If our on call staff are on the other line, please leave a message and we will get back to you right away. The assigned Private Investigator in Las Vegas will contact you to go over any specific details before commencing the investigation. You are the client, and we will deliver the results of our investigation within your required time frame and on most cases we can have your video evidence emailed to you within the same day of the video evidence being captured.
All correspondence with our office is confidential. We will follow your direction on how you would like to be updated regarding the progress of the investigation (via email, discreet cell phone, etc.) All of our evidence is documented and sealed for chain of evidence procedures and is stored for the required 7 year term. We will do everything in our power to ensure that your sensitive information remains undisclosed.
